  • At this time, Garland of Roses ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States. For international locations or orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands, please contact Garland of Roses regarding shipping fees. If the item is in stock we usually ship within 2-4 business days. If we are delayed, we will email you with a more accurate date. Shipping charges are a flat $5.00 USPS Priority Mail and automatically during the checkout process. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Garland of Roses charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable Connecticut state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
